VOOPOO ARGUS Matrix Review: The Most Futuristic Pod Vape of 2025?
In July 2025, VOOPOO officially launched the ARGUS Matrix — the brand’s boldest leap into the future of pod vaping. With its curved full-screen display, dynamic cyber-style lighting, and upgraded chip and coil system, the Matrix is not just another pod — it’s a complete aesthetic and performance upgrade. In this article, we’ll break down the Matrix’s features, compare it to its biggest competitors, and help you decide if it’s the pod system worth switching to this year.
Key Features of the ARGUS Matrix
Cyber-Futuristic Design with Curved Full Screen
The Matrix features an IML curved display panel with animated circuit-style lighting. Whenever you inhale, plug in the pod, or press the fire button, a pulsing light show activates — giving it an ultra-modern, high-tech look that no other pod currently offers.
Upgraded Output & Battery Performance
- Output Power: 5–30W adjustable
- Battery: Built-in 1350mAh — up to 2 days of use
- Charging: USB Type-C, fast 2A charging (full charge in ~45 mins)
New VOOPOO V2 Pods + iCOSM CODE 2.0 Technology
Compatible with the new ARGUS V2 pods, the Matrix supports both 0.4Ω (RDL) and 0.7Ω (MTL) coils. Thanks to iCOSM CODE 2.0, each pod can last over 100ml of e-liquid and stay clean for up to 30 days — solving leaking and burnt taste issues common in other pods.
Powered by GENE AI 2.0 Chipset
The intelligent GENE AI 2.0 chip brings:
- Auto coil recognition
- 7 safety protections (overcharge, short-circuit, overheat, reverse, etc.)
- Precise airflow adjustment with a 3-level switch
User Experience & Interface
The UI is sleek, simple, and responsive. The Matrix supports both button-triggered and auto-draw modes. Its compact pen-style shape is pocket-friendly, and the high-quality zinc alloy body gives it premium durability.
